Thanks Igor, using Handbrake seemed to work if I set the Video to MPEG-4 and leaving the audio unaltered. Seems its the H264 it doesn't like. Many thanks for your help. Nottub

Hi All, I have come across an issue when adding a video from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone that Pictures to EXE cannot convert. In the 'Video Convertor' screen it reads 'Error'. I have tried various options in VLC Media Player to convert the file to different formats but the best I can achieve is an AVI file but with no sound. The original MP4 files are juddery at best. My Sony camera using MTS files works fine. Oh I'm running V8.0.17 Any thoughts. Thank you Nottub
