I am using MP4 video files (taken by my Samsung Galaxy S7) in PicturesToExe 9 Deluxe, but even when converted by PicturesToExe, the video clips are slow and jerky. This is VERY frustrating as I want to make DVDs of a recent holiday. What do I do?!
