    The video card is NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 1060 6GB. I updated it via Control Panel > Device Manager last week and have done the same again today. Going into the NVIDIA settings the driver version is shown as 399.24. I have just been into PTE 9 and tried adding text and it now seems to working ok. Thanks

    The programme crashes (fails to respond). Initially this occurred when I wanted to preview a project. I re- installed the programme. It is now crashing when I go into objects and animations to add text to an image.
