Hi Igor, I have established the problem which is with the computer's hardware. The MP4 file works okay on my other computer. Sorry for troubling you.

Hi Igor, I downloaded the latest version which did not help. In fact, now I cannot even get any audio within the AV PTE program.

I have PUBLISHED a simple show from of a jpeg image and 3 short videos in MOV to MP4. Audio works fine prior to publishing but not in MP4. I am working in Windows 10 and have the latest version of AV PTE 10.0.14. Any suggestions?

I rebooted computer and the problem was resolved. Not sure why but no longer a problem thanks.

I am able to separate the audio from the MP4 video file. However even although this audio file is muted it still plays. Also if I reduce volume to zero on this audio clip it still plays. What am I doing incorrectly. Would appreciate any assistance. I have version 10.0.14 64 bit build1 Separate audio from video clip.docx
