  1. At times I wonder what people say about my Pte efforts just to keep me happy. In the end we are all on a learning curve, even if you just learn that you should not do x, y or z as it might not be pleasing to the general viewer. In the end you should be happy with your effort. If you start making or adapting your art to satisfy others you are not giving 100% of your self.
  2. Hi I downloaded your FlashVideo exe but my limited braincells can not get this to work. Would the application only work once burned to a cd or is there a way of testing this before hand. Perhaps you can just try and explain it ( I know this might sound stupid) a little more easier if that is at all possible. I can make quite nice animations with Bryce 5 and would like to include or use it as an entry on shows.
  3. Yes, very well done!! Looking at this and Michel's work I guess creativity goes with the area?
  4. Very well done! How did you do the pan?
  5. I suggest you add a notepad file stating that all was done to ensure there was no viruses when the cd was burned but the person putting the CD in his/her PC should run their own scan just to make 100% sure. You can asweel add the same info on the cd cover. BUT... ensure you are protected against viruses. That is a difficult enough task!!
  6. I want to appologize for my English first of all, especially my spelling. I was verry ill the day we had spelling at school. I am a bit scarred to say it but I am a so called professional photographer. I work at a university as the photographer responsible for all photographic needs. Be it for promotional purposes or research. You can believe me when I say I do enjoy being paid to practice my hobby. One thing I have learned in all the years I have been a paid photographer (30 this year) is that the moment you think you know it all you end up with fixer in you face! I see the AV's and photography as an art form an believe it should be treated as such. I hardly ever hear people rating art in a gallery the way we do with photography. Perhaps we sould stop looking for a deeper meaning in some photo's than that which is presented to us. Enjoy the scene! A year or two ago a person at the local photo club wanted to know from me if I would have been able to produce the kind of photo's I do if I was not working where I do. A photograph is after all first made in your head. I you do not have the ability to "see" a photo then it will only take you longer to acieve your goal. Perhaps the same is true for AV's , just photograph what you see in your mind and put it together. It is not always the movies which win the Oscar which touch you and you only. And after all if you enjoyed doing it and you get ONE good responce you have achieved your goal. Barry is a good photographer, better than most of us. The best part is that he shares his knowledge and he is modest. A spell check would have been nice!!
  7. This is what I did. I went to control panel and from add/remove programmes I uninstalled SP2. I then installed Photoshop CS again. For now it seem to work fine.
  8. My Photoshop CS is also giving problems. The IT centre said I have a virus on my PC but thanks to this forum I can now tell themm it is not the case. The moment I run Photoshop my PC goes mad and nothing react the way it is supposed to. I will now get a PC guru from town to help me. I really do not want to format the hard drive. One does lose info that way and to think of the time re insalling all the software!!
