Got it to work! Had to restart computer.

Its called pte key. It is 231 bytes. Double clicking only brings up a windows cannot open this file prompt. I loaded into the registry, but still doesn't work

I have just redone my PC and also downloaded newest version of pics to exe. I can't get my old key to do anything . Its a blue square and just sits there.
