Dear PTE users, I would like to split a slideshow by using a starting window which enable to begin it at two or more different slides. My slideshow is quite large (1 hour - 650 slides) and I'm using the synchronization bar for all the show. I've about 10 different musics and I would like to start the slide show at the beginning of one of them and at the corresponding slide. Starting window can be hold on for any undetermined time without music. At the end of each sequence, I would like to come back to the starting window (from wich I could run another part). I was thinking to three different solutions but none of them works fine: - If I want two different parts, I make three different slideshow, the third one being just one slide without music and with buttons which execute other shows in .exe Problem is to create the second slideshow part. I can remove the 300 first slides but on the synchronization bar, position of slides doesn't move accordingly. If I remove the slides transition points on the synchronization line, I'm left with a very long blank. - Second idea: Use the opening window of PTE. Problem is that I cannot add buttons on them in order to start the slide show from the required slide. - Third ides: Put the opening window as the first one of the slide. So, I'm able to add buttons. But I have no idea how to start the music from the second one, keep the synchonization, keep the opening window for a large time,... Thank you very much for help. This work is URGENT!!!

Igor, you note that you have fixed the bug that when you have a synchronized file with large pictures(+/-100Ko), sound started a little bit earlier than the slide show. With the last beta version, I have still this problem that the music has still 'two starts', starting a second time after 0.5sec., first picture still on the background. After the first slide, synchronization is perfect with time. Previously, on the same slide show(still growing up and growing up...), this problem didn't appear. It appears for the first time when I ran it on another computer(1GHz-256MoRAM-WinXP to 2GHz-512MoRAM-WinXP). Is the bug coming from this difference? Note that this problem didn't appear on the small window with the synchronization time-line but when I do the complete preview! Thanks

Michel, I'm not angry against igor, I was just excited to use the software. Just one think who is not right, if you say something, you have to do it. That's just business... Anyway, I have used it this morning and it's a wonderfull tool! Thanks

Finally we get it 4 days after...

Exactly the same situation for me. I paid on friday evening(western european time) and still nothing! Why do they only automatize(?) the situation. Furthermore, on their web site they say that we will receive the key 24 hours after(and it's written 48 when we receive the confirmation!!). They don't even say that it means working days(or working hours???). Well, 25th of december is not christmas in Russia so I hope that I will receive it today or tomorrow!

The goal is to make a presentation in conferences(right word?) of a very long trip by bicycle. I will select about 1500 pictures among the 2000 scanned. The time of the show will be between one hour and 1.5 hour. It will be showed in large rooms with a projector. Feasible with this program or should I choose another one(which one?) Thanks

Very simple question, how can you shown the synchonization time-line? Is it possible to start a sound 2 seconds after an image, while keeping it on the screen(or you have to separate it into 2 different-same image? Is it possible to make an animate two different object on the same slide? For example, an picture arrive and after a second one?

I would like to make a very large slide show(about 2000 slides) for conferences presentations. Each slide is in jpeg and has a size of about 100kB. I will add some music and sometimes transitions. Should it be possible with this program. Appearently, on the web, this one seems to be the best for the moment. So I hope to... Should I have a special configuration to use it? Graphic card, RAM memory, speed of the processor. Thanks a lot. If it works, I buy it immediatly!
