I purchased this software online today, I received two emails,one confirming my order the other telling me how to register the key with the attached file. The email did not have a file attached so I could not load a key to use the program fully, I have emailed support twice in the last two hours and have not had a reply,can anyone advise me on how long it takes for PTE support to respond? Thanks John.
