Hi Folks Many thanks to all who posted with helpful replies to my problem regarding license key registration. I searched through my old hard drive from Windows XP and managed to find the original key file from version 4,entered it into 7 deluxe and everything came up roses. I need a drink John.

Hi Igor I upgraded to deluxe on 1st September and was very impressed. However,on getting my new PC and transferring the program to it things have gone wrong. I can install the program OK,but upon pasting the license key into the activate box it tells me OK, close down and restart program,when I do that it shows that I am running an evaluation copy. I have submitted a support request and received an answer yesterday,but it does not help me,they sent me a PDF of my invoice and told me to contact WnSoft seller. Confused? I am.

Hi JMM You can put the PTE file into a zip folder for sending by email,but most providers will not allow large email files. Another and best way is to upload your slideshow onto the Cottage site,follow this link. My link Hope this helps John.

Just downloaded latest Beta 23 and upon scanning the zip with AVG it shows the following. "C:\Documents and Settings\JOHN\Desktop\picturestoexe-beta.zip";"Trojan horse PSW.Banker5.ZOY";"Infected" "C:\Documents and Settings\JOHN\Desktop\picturestoexe-beta.zip:\picturestoexe-setup.exe";"Trojan horse PSW.Banker5.ZOY";"Infected" I am using the paid for version of AVG with firewall and Identity protection.I have not extracted the package yet,will wait until I get an answer from Igor as to wether it is another AVG false alarm or the real thing. Hi Pavel,thank you for replying. I cannot replicate the burn in Beta 11a because I have deleted the files for the show I created. By burning the previously created ISO I was happy with the quality of the show,mission accomplished although by a roundabout way. The were definite signs of the burn process on the disc, ie, change of dye colour, also the disc was the last from a batch of 25 Fuji 8 x speed,all of which produced perfect results from previous burns. Hi All Not sure if Beta version 12 is the problem. I made a DVD in Beta 11a with Video Builder and it played perfectly on my two standalone DVD players. I have just finished a show in Beta 12 which took nearly two hours to encode and burn,upon inserting the DVD into both of my players it showed disc empty,another strange thing with 12 is,I cannot play the burnt DVD on my desktop player,it will not load and freezes my system and I have to do a manual shutdown of my PC. I then created an ISO file with 12,opened Video Builder and it wrote it to the DVD perfectly,it played on my standalone players,but the same freeze happened when I tried to load it into my desktop player. I don't know if I should wait for the next Beta or go back to 11a. John.
