Thanks for responding. I didn't realize that I would receive a new key via email. It took a while to arrive. I loaded that key and all is well.

Hi, I've been a user of the product for a few years now. I just installed Windows 7 and had to re-install PTE. I have the deluxe version. When I was asked to load a key I did so but when I try to use video builder I found I get a banner across the video. I even tried upgrading to the deluxe version though I had already purchased that version. I could use some help in getting this straightened out. Thanks, Jim

Hi, I've been using 5.6 beta for a couple of weeks now and it's great! I don't have a bug to report but I do have a request. When adding text to slides in a show, the selected font always reverts back to Times New Roman. This happens even within a slide if more than one text object is entered. I think it would be handy if the last used font shows up with subsequent text entries until the user changes to a new font. Thanks for a great product. Jim

Hi, I recently did a show for presentation at my camera club and was disappointed to see that the font I chose when making the show was not used for the show. The font I used was not installed on the computer at the club. P2E is the first slide show program I've used where I've encountered this problem. Is it possible in a future version to render the text within P2E so that the text becomes part of the show? My apologies if this has been posted earlier.

Hi, I've been lurking in this forum for a while. I recently purchased 5.0 deluxe and later downloaded 5.1. I did my first project this week and I'm impressed with the quality of the output. I'm looking forward to doing more projects with PTE. My congratulations to the developmen team!

Hi ADB, Yep, that was the problem. Other software that I use apparently is able to recognize the need to rotate images taken in portrait road automatically. Jim

Hi, Keep in mind that I'm pretty new to PTE. I've been waiting for Beta 9 before investing time in learning the product. I think I'm seeing a bug related to portrait images. If I add a portrait type image to my show and preview it, it shows rotated by 90 degrees into a landscape image. If I go to Objects and Animation and rotate the slide 90 degrees then it then appears correct in a preview. If I create an exe show, the portrait slide shows correctly. However, if I create an AVI version of the show, the portrait slide is rotated 90 degrees. This could be a misunderstanding on my part but I thought I'd post it just in case. If it is a misunderstanding on my part, please point me in the right direction. Thanks, Jim

Hi, I'd like to purchase PicturesToExe, but I was concerned when I saw a warning window come up. The message says: "The Web site that you are trying to visit is potentially unsafe. Please verify and use the correct Web site address." Should I be concerned about this?? Thanks, Jim
