Guido, I'm not certain I entirely agree - obviously you will need more than one display adaptor to use multiple displays, but Windows "knows" about the second (or more) display card(s). Mostly its invisible to applications that you have more than one display - windows simply extends the desktop to cover the multiple displays. I don't know what language PTE is written in, but in C or C++ you obtain include file multimon.h from Microsoft - more detail than I understand is at msdn.microsoft.com.... Obviously, if you only have a single display then applications are unchanged, but I believe its possible for an application to be aware (Microsoft use the expression multiple monitoraware) and use separate monitors. -Andrew

When the preview button on the Customize Synchronization window is pressed, an error box saying The length of musical file(s) is 0 is produced. There is a musical file and the preview button in the main screen works fine. -Andrew.

Great new beta version, but there is one feature that would make the product more friendly when using a projector with a laptop; support for multiple screens - so that the presentation could be displayed using the projector but the PTE window and desktop stay on the laptop screen. -Andrew

Igor, first of all thanks for a great program and particularly for being so responsive to the users! I've hit a problem trying to add an icon to a presentation with 4.00B1; I've created an icon using iconart, when I try and add the icon I get the message: Incorrect icon file. You can add 16x16 or 32x32 icon with 16 or 256 colours. Details: Invalide icon file, Number of images must be 1. I've tried icons created with Paint but get the same message.
