(Solved) Error PTE with testing Windows 10 build 1903 (19h1) [SOLVED]

When testing Windows 10 1903 (19H1 insider preview) I get the following error when starting PTE: Access violation at address 0075B268 in module ''PicturesToExe.exe''. See the attached image.
