  2. Hi Ian,

The first think I would do is check the music file itself with another player and see if it plays normally. Be sure it is in mp3 format. Normally, if the audio file is good, it will play with no problems by adding it as you have done. I would then suspect the file itself - maybe try another as a test.

    Best regards,

    Lin

In redid the file and yes it is an MP3 file, but same result.

  3. Experiencing problems with adding music to new slideshow. Clicked on Project Options as per normal, then to music, slected music file and clicked okay, but when playing show no music can be heard even though it shows as a wavefoem in the timeline. Adding music not normally a problem. What am I doing wrong I wonder.

  4. When I start up PicturesToExe an error message comes up saying - " music not found" plus the name of the track. In this case it is a track that I have used in one of the slideshowa I have done. Once I have clicked the OK the programme opens and everything seems to function. However it pops up again when I want to preview a show and I then can't continue any further. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this annoying thing.

  5. The slideshow I have been working on has music added and is the length of the slideshow, but annoyingly soon after the last slide is reached and the music has stopped the music restarts itself. The last slide remains as it is meant to. How can I correct this?

  6. Ian I just followed your steps in v5.5 and in v5.1. The result is as you described in v5.1 but in v5.5 it worked just fine as Peter found.

If you upgrade to v5.5 I think your problem will be resolved. :)

You can get the latest v5.5.1 here:

  7. When I create a blank slide by clicking on O&A after having selected a slide form the slide list and deleting the image I then make my slide as I want it, but then when I go back to the slide list the slide is unaltered, but when I run it, it runs with the new slide that I have just created. Is there any way of having the slide appear in the slide list as the modified version?
