  1. Igor: Your dedication to improving this great software over the years is very much appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!!! Bob..
  2. Hi Guys: Thanks for rapid reply.. Yes the pix opens normally and views normally in editor other than the message squares that surround the "non pix area" the pix displays normal when it's in the slide list I have used the pixs before in other presentations Upon further investigation I find that if I use a saved template the pixs load just fine. This is why I thought it might be a bug in beta #2 ??? Bob..
  3. Long time user of P2E and just downloaded 4.10 Beta #2. When I loaded a few photos and clicked on Object Editor the photo appeared OK but area outside of photo showed many small boxes with the following message.. "This jpeg image cannot be loaded. Probably the JPEG file is damaged" I have no idea what could be causing this so hope someone can tell me if it's me or maybe a bug??? Running MS XP Home edition.. thanks in advance.. Bob..
  4. Igor: Thanks for your dedication to this great program. It keeps getting better and better Bob..
  5. Rudi: Yes it's true that you are limited to jpg and tiff. The only help I can suggest is... you select an area for critical viewing by dragging the box in the upper left corner with your mouse then use the zoom feature +/- to increase or decrease the overall pix size. From there on it's a matter of changing the values to you liking. Actually, default does a pretty good job on most pix. Hope this helps Bob..
  6. ADA: Must agree for the price you can't go wrong. Bob..
  7. Rudi: Thanks for sharing a terrific show. All the best in 2003 ! Bob..
  8. Igor: Thanks for your best wishes and I too, wish you and all the Gang a happy and peaceful 2003 Bob..
  9. I'm a little surprised that you have not included Canon G3 in your list. I consider "Image Quality" as well as features to be at the top of the Digital :r choice list Unless you plan to wallpaper a room with a bigger than life size photo or crop a dewdrop from your favorite garden photo.. the G3 4mg would be MY choice. by the way... the money saved with the purchace of the G3 will add an external flash. Right now there probably is not a digital that excells in ALL the needs of the serious photographer without getting into the BIG BUCKS. Just my humble opinion~~~ Bob..
  10. Hi Ernst and Guru: Without getting too technical... is there an inexpensive software that will convert MIDI to CD audio. I have a number of MIDI files that I would like to play on a CD player. My guess is that you would have to convert to WAV first?? I am using MS XP operating system and a intergrated sound card. Any help will be appriciated. thanks~~~~~ Bob..
  11. I wonder if there may be a way for Igor to include "Create as Auto run" in the file menu ?? Some how P2exe would pick up program name and create a simple auto run feature. I'm sure many new owners of P2exe are not skilled with computer "ins and outs" and find that terms like inf, exe and notepad just don't ring a bell. Bob..
  12. Nice to see forum up and running again I did miss my daily check-in as well as the "Ol' Gang" Hats off to Igor for the speedy recovery. Bob..
