I am running 32 bit Vista and 6.5.7 PicturesToExe. In VideoBuilder I get the attached error when I pull in a .jpg background image. I also got an error when I disabled drop shadows on the title page text title. - Thanks Videobuilder 1012011 13026 PM.bmp

Got it this morning - got more resourceful this morning and used the support messaging system (also personal messaged Igor) Anyway Alena Tomilova replied immediately and attached my key to a message - Good to be operational! - Jack Hutchinson

Three days now - nothing. Anyone have any suggestions? I sent email to orders@wnsoft.com Friday when I ordered - that's the only contact link I've found other than this forum. I'm up against a deadline on a project I'm doing to honor volunteers in my community, so hope to get that license quickly. Thanks - Jack

Parallel problem. I purchased yesterday morning, received an email order confirmation immediately - but no key. I checked SPAM, not there. I'm on gmail. I'm really looking forward to using the product - have done well with the 10 slide prelims. Got a big project I need to get on soon. Thanks - Jack
