  1. What a great event Henri. Well captured. The music gave the show a light hearted atmosphere. Paul
  2. Hi Prashant You have some excellent images there. I have to agree with Roger on the presentation of them. That can easily be sorted. I wish I could take picture of water like that!! Paul
  3. Whether it is seen as a tribute or not, this excellent show serves to highlight one of the "local movements" which is perhaps not covered in any of the major literatures on the first world war. A very fitting tribute that is and excellently presented Roger - Thak you Paul
  4. Very Nice presentation Patrick I like the way you have captured the sunlight on the buildings against overcast skies and the night shots are excellent. Paul
  5. This is brilliant Patrick. Everyone should look at this - it will put a smile on many faces. Great pictures, you must have patience to get them. This puts the fun into photography. Paul
  6. Hi Craig and Welcome If you have a few hours to spare, I am sure you will get some useful tips. It may help if you could provide details of what you want to achieve, concerns you may have etc Ease for the user is important so it would help if the CD is self running. Details of how to do this are in the help files. As a pro, protecting your images is vital and there is an option within PTE to prevent anyone extracting the individual images - it is in one of the options somewhere but details are in the help files. However, you also want to prevent your slideshow from being copied for free (after all, you have to earn a living and you may price copies according to the quantity ordered). This is one nut I have not cracked yet but if anyone reading has the solution, many of us will benefit if you tell us. Finally, Barry Beckham has produced some excellent tutorials on Pictures to Exe software, including one for professionals on the subject of weddings. They are on his website at www.beckhamdigital.co.uk Paul
  7. Hi Barry Another outstanding Goodie from the House of Beckham. Border or no Border. I think the jury is out on this one. I was just stunned by the images and the way you used them to the music. Great Stuff Thanks Paul
  8. Hello Daniel What a great event. I like the interactive start up screen with the information. Some cars were driving on the wrong side of the road - they must be the English!!! Some nice expressions on the faces of the drivers. I was hoping you would produce a slideshow of this. Many thanks Paul
  9. Hello Patrick I really liked your slideshow of Orta. Keep it as it is. I agree with Daniel about the horizon giving a sense of movement on the boat. I do not have such high standards as one of my rules is that you are alllowed one duff image in a slideshow, especially when you are short of images to fill the music sequence. You did well under difficult light. Paul
  10. Helllo Patrick I have just seen your slideshow. There is a delicate balance to be made with the presentation of a difficult subject, showing the rescue services and the tragedy. I think you did it well, honestly and sympathetically. Paul
  11. A very nice show Daniel. I like the way you stress the elements of sping buds and flowers during the show Paul
  12. Hi Jaz I have 2 suggestions Your graphics card may be a contributing factor if it is slow or low on RAM. You compressed to JPEG 12. Try compressing to JPEG 6. You will not notice any difference on screen and the file size will be much smaller and less memory hungry. Try the latter first - it should work (and I guarantee you will not see any difference other than solving your problem) Paul
  13. Thanks for pointing out the spyware. I have used Spybot regularly for over a year. However, after downloading the Microsoft Antispyware it found spyware which Spybot did not locate. Microsoft seems to do a pretty thorough job in locating these "diseases" Many thanks Paul
  14. Beautiful sequence Daniel. Picture postcard stuff. Paul
