Have switched off Bullguard and published as suggested but still will not run

Version of pte is delux 8.0.12. I have published project as DVD without any problems

Bullguard is anitvirus. Tried to play file on laptop and get message : not a valid win32 application. Other published files created in pictures to exe play ok

8.1 pictures to exe. Have tried twice to publish the project still get same message - cannot run this app on this pc contact software publisher.

After publishing exe file for pc tried to run it - message - cannot open this app on this pc contact publisher for further info. Any ideas why this wont play? Was created in 8.1 and pc is windows 8.1

Yes it works when I do that. but I want to pass on the cd to someone else.

After burning project created in pte (6.5) the cd struggles to open and a message reads - exception e out of memory in module (project name) exe at 00005c00 out of memory - and the computer locks up - any ideas waht the problem is? Had no problem with other versions. ffoto
