registration (SOLVED)

Hello.

I am a new member and payed for the delux version of PTE last Friday 14th January 2011 for which I received the billing information which is as follows,

Order ID 38M3HVG-7SZWJ

Order Total £61-20 GBP (Receipt)

VAT 10-20 GBP

As yet I have not received my Registration Key. I did send a message to support but so far have had no response.

Could somebody please advise me how to get this sorted out.

Dave,

I've sent an e-mail to the relevant member of staff at Wnsoft. I know that there was some sort of technical glitch between the order system and the registration system during part of last week. I suspect your order got caught in that.

Check your JUNK E-MAIL box - these things have frequently ended up there.

There is a procedure for starting a query here:

http://www.wnsoft.com/support.htm

Do this in addition to checking your Junk E-Mail Box.

If your Junk E-Mail is separated at your supplier's end then you also need to check there.
