After I downloaded them I found out that they are wma (Windows Media Audio) files. Is there a way to convert a wma file to an MP3 file?Thanks for your help! Conflow Posted June 19, 2004 Report Share Posted June 19, 2004 Hi Bill,Another way of doing this (Converting WMA Files to Mp3) is to take the Sound directly from your Modem (Live) and run it into "Audio Recorder Pro 1.5" and convert to Wav or Mp3 orPCM "on the hoof". You can select the 'quality factor' you want and you CAN LISTEN TO ITas you record. Merlin Posted June 19, 2004 Report Share Posted June 19, 2004 Do keep in mind that paid for, downloaded files are most often licensed for personal use.You are probably not licensed to distribute the sound file.That being said, you *might* be able to download a licensed soundfile for *each* P2E that you distribute and transfer the license to the recipient.
