I am new , can you point me the way to make 1 picture to fade out , please ? Probably basic , but I do not find the way.....

Welcome Jo. Once you get used to PTE you will find it very easy to use, but also very powerful.

Enjoy the process & experiment with different options.
Everything is virtual so you cannot destroy your original pictures no matter what you do.
Just remember to save your Projects frequently, ideally with a different name each time, so you can go back if you need to.
But there is also unlimited Undo feature, so you can easily step backwards.

If you want just 1 picture to fade out, then add a Blank Slide (Black) after it - Right Click & Add Blank Slide.

You then set the Transition on the Blank Slide so that the previous Slide (your Picture) will Fade as you wish.
