some styles chop off the top of the photos! help...

[What A Ride]

I love a lot of the styles but for some reason they seem to chop off the tops of the pictures, most pics are portrait format. For instance, I'm using "a style by Big Photo and the style is named "carnival", do not see where there is an adjustment when in O&A...appreciate any enlightenment...

I'm not sure if there are psychics who read minds on this forum and that one hundred percent of the forum members use this style (I've never heard of it), so I'd like to see a screenshot of the problem, and even better, a video with the problem. 
It is quite possible that the problem can be solved by conventional keyframe positioning.
