Hi

I have worked a DVD album of 6 capitulos and a total of 470 photos, using like patron and effects examples like Chantilly, Versailles, Frame Animation, FX Masks, Strip Film. etc .

Thanks to all the authors of these Templates.

Nevertheless I have two problems when recording them in DVD (NSTC, 4:3)

1) Sincronizar the musica for Fade out ( I do not use Audacity )

2) Safe Zone TV: part of the photos when seeing them in the TV is lost.

Coverall for example in the effects of Chantilly and Versailles, cuts to the left and right.

I hope understand to me again.

Thanks

when composing the menu, I have to be very careful with placement of text near the right side vertical tv safe zone -- is this the area you are losing?

as a test could you type a series of numbers in a menu left to right and tell us what number you lose when you make a dvd?

or is your problem totally different?

Thanks for its answers.

On the DVD Menu, I do not have problems.

In other programs exists the option "to see" that zone of slide not side in the TV when burdening the DVD

(to the equal one as podria happens to the MenuDVD in PTE)

Where to form this detail in PTE?

In order to explain better: This Slide appears in my project, but when recording the DVD is cut to both sides.

(I did it replacing in the Chantilly Project my own photos)

Thanks again for its patience.

Not sure exactly what you are asking, but this may help. First, to set the "Safe TV Zone" border, as Dom has pointed out above, open the Objects & Animations window and click on the "Tools" button down in the right corner. Select "Show Safe TV Zone. This will add the purple border which show what part of your slide will not display. Note that this border only SHOWS what is not displayed, it does not actually make any changes to the slides or force them to fit in that zone.

In order to display all of your slide without cropping the images first, you can go into the "Project Options" dialog on the main screen, click the "Screen" tab and change the "% of the slide to show main images". For a standard (not wide-screen) TV, 90% seems to work well. If you do this and apply to all of your slides, then go into the Objects and Animations window, you should see that all of your slide will fit in the safe TV zone. Depending on the size of your slide (or dimensions of your image), you might see a black border at the top and bottom, with the image covering the screen from side to side in the safe TV zone.

I hope this is what you are asking and that you can understand my reply.
