Michiele
If I use photoshop to create my title/text slide, what resolution is best. I started with 72dpi and that was way too choppy. What dpi do you all use for these text slide that you make in photoshop or other programs? Thanks for any help.Michiele
ronwil
MichieleI do not understand your term "choppy". However, I have never taken much notice of the resolution. I have checked back on some of my recent titles and they have varied from 72 to 3200 pixels/inch, with no difference in the final screen quality. The important thing in Image>Image Size is the Pixel Dimension. I use a Width of 1024 pixels giving a final image size in P2E (with jpg compression Scale 8) of approx 100 to 150 kb.Ron [uK]
Guest guru
Michiele, I totally agree with Ron. DPI don't make sense on the screen. The only important thing is image size in pixels, that must be the same of your screen's resolution (800 x 600 or 1024 x 768).You can find a more careful explanation here:http://www.picturestoexe.com/forums//index...ct=ST&f=2&t=651 (7th post)
Michiele
Thank you for your answers. Obviously, I did not ask my question very well, but you both answered it perfectly! Thanks.
