I was taking the photos from the ground ; very numerous kites were flying on this "plateau" when came the ULM and the geese .

Isabel ! It was a real opportunity : I did not know before that I shall see this squadron ! I was going to a kite meeting to do a few pictures ! I did enough to do this one and an other about kites Thank you !

It is a corner of Cantal (Auvergne, Massif Central, middle of France) where geese have nothing to fear. Christian Moullec lives here, and flies with his geese in this part of French skies. Perhaps did you see him in Jacques Perrin's moovie "Le Peuple Migrateur". He flew, as a neighbour, over Gergovie (near Clermont Ferrand) during "Cervolix" show, a meeting of kites (non professionnal) which already was the subject of a slideshow. This squadron is rather a single one ! From now on, you will consider geese with other eyes... You can download on Beechbrook "ULM oies gooses" (sorry for my english...) Happy Christmas to all!

I did the pan with PhotoStich, a provide tool with my Canon camera . After, I divided it in 1024 x 683 pictures , and I used the sliding transition. Many free tools are on the web. Other time, sorry for my english !
