  1. I had this issue with 10.5.9, which PTE told me was the latest version. Followed the advice above to download from the website, but of course my licence key is no good for version 11. I reinstalled 10.5.9 and instead of non latin characters I get blank spaces.
  2. Yes please. 13" MacBook Pro 2012. MacOS High Sierra Just purchased the upgrad to PTE AV 10. Thanks Laura
  3. That's it, PGA, thank you! I went in and unticked border, and hit 'Save and use by default', and it's cleared it. Thank you both for your help.
  4. I haven't used PTE for a while and have just upgraded to version 8. Whenever I place an image on the timeline it automatically has a border. The only way to get rid of this seems to be by going into Objects and Animation to turn it off. I really don't want to have to do this to every slide individually, but I can't find anything anywhere which could be applying a border to all images by default, and it certainly didn't happen in version 7 or the trial of 8. Any ideas? Thanks
