I have now imported the style. It is in the Styles and Themes window under the name Cute frames and I can see it without problems. Try rebooting the PTE.

Each frame is provided with a Shadow (frame Shadow ) and reverse side (frame DarkSide), each of which can be edited/disabled/deleted. Some frames on the reverse side have inscriptions that can also be edited/disabled/deleted. The background can also be changed/disabled/deleted in the O&A window.
