Will this work on earlier Mac OS mine is High Sierra

I will be really interested in sharing in the beta testing Just anxious that I miss the announcement, would be good if we could register our interest in advance so we don't miss out.

Is the Mac beta version any nearer? And how might I get onto the Beta programme?
