Igor, I am the culprit who brought this up. Your answer solved my problem, thank you. But I have an additional proposal: How about instead of changing the name implement it in an even more convenient way? By that I mean inserting a blank slide could do what I (and Barry it seems to me) thought: Insert a real slide with black or whatever color background to put some text on directly.

Having chosen in the project options a few transitions, both standard and advanced I find that in the preview just one transition seems to be in order. What's worse it seems to be the basic transition dissolve. Call me naive but I really thought by selecting a certain number of transitions those would work preferably in an random order. The screenshot shows what I selected by way of trial. Again many thanks in advance for your help, Andreas

After inserting a new blank scene it has the name blank. After Inserting some Text in it,the Title changes to TextWtihSize. My problem is, that exactly that caption "TextWithSize" is shown alongside with the inserted text as kind of a background. See the screenshot. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Does anybody has an idea what to do here? I am using the evaluation version of PTE AV Studio 10 because before paying I want to see the result. Thanks in advance, Andreas
