Igor unable to send DM as system says "your only allowed to send 0 messages per day try again later"?

I have found the culprit! one of my images was in the wrong colour space, changed it to RGB and all is well. DaveGee thanks for you help

I have opened PTE since installing Ventura, it was working fine until I added the new images. It works ok after I removed those new images? Is there a maximum file size per image?

I have recently started using PTE Studio. I have created a number of AV projects prior to this issue arising without problems. Today I added several new images to my project and upon launching PTE the application loads, but when I go to the side bar menu to select the additional images my Mac beachballs and then the app quits and produces a Crash report! I have removed the newly added images from my folder on my hard drive, leaving the originally imported images in situ, PTE runs fine without crashing? All new images are Jpegs Mac Studio M1 Ventura 13.4.1 PTE AV 11.0.6
