Ken Cox replied to Lin Evans's topic in Slideshows & AV Shows
The famous Coach Don Cherry of Boston Bruins fame owned an OHL team called the ICE DOGS but no Ice Frogs -- you better copyright the name before somebody from QUebec does ken -
Karen assuming you are using the ver4 series you can change the shadow colour of a slide by clicking customize and change font/shadow details, but i dont believeyou can float text across the screen -- that is ver 5 beta territory and the are many features not enabled -- in some cases shows that have been posted as demo's that have floating, spinning etc have all the parts of the show including the pte file son one can see how the author done it -- to me it is all Latin ken
-
gee not to kick a gift horse in the mouth but Brian what wmp do you have -- my wmp 10 has a 10 band equalizer plus quite a few other effects in the sound dept and there are still people asking questions about ver 4.__ ken

Lin i echo Ron on my 64 mb ati 9000 the pans and zoom were generally perfect-- the scene from the suckling elk to the herd was a bit jerky but in other areas i had to watch the edge of the screen to see if it was moving and i cant let you get away with frogs croaking with snow on the ground -- new breed out there? - you better get Nat Geo out there - they might provide some funding good job well done ken -
no big deal Lin -- comes with age btw my 6 yr old grandaughter's eyes went wide open when i showed her the original show was showing 11 yr old grandaughter google earth and she was picking stuff out quicker than me Dom -- she wanted to know if your link to your bldg was all for you -- told her it could be as there were not many cars:) ken
-
DAVE a bit jerky on my 64 mb ati but nothing the matter with your approach -- no sound by design? Flowers - phlox? type resume and send to Google - they announced this week a new place coming to Michigan - 3000 jobs ken

Ron the Cornwall and Landscapes exe's must still be placed in the working folder, otherwise they run d/l time was 20 mins ken
-
Ron the only way we are going to help Igor in the beta testing is to have as many members as we can test these demo's -- and if we dont test the demo's how is the author going to know whether it works for everybody Ron West and I spent the better part of 3 hrs talking thru his Organiser show on MSN and eventually we got it to work -- i have no experience with buttons so it was the "blind leading the blind" but eventually we saw our way thru am downloading your latest now and will report back -- coming nearly full bore @ 114 kb/sec ken
-
show works now - thks Hawk for the tip ken
-
Ron the cursor is "live " on you and the man at 11:00 but will not do anything if anybody alse is clicked or anywhere on the final display the presentation ends and goes to the working folder otherwise ya really got them moving:) great start ken
