the majority of the forum memebers are all gung ho on syncing their shows so how do you propose to help them -- of course for the rest of us that would be a great saviour

All the 90's subtract to 81, All the 80's subtract to 72, All the 70's
subtraact to 63, All the 60's Subtract to 54, All the 50's subtract to 45,
The 40's to 36, The 30's to 27, The 20's to 18, and the 10's subtract to 9
and the 9 to 0 subtracts to 0. All, (81, 72, 63, 54, 45, 36, 27, 18, 9, and
0,) all have the same symbol at the same time. Everytime that you click to
try again, the symbols are changed to a different one. I think the guy had
a lot of fun getting it all lined out,

Well if he emulates a black screen i will not be checking in-- i sat thru too many meetings where the people putting on a presentation and they thought they were "cool" when they made overheads all black -- then they would turn on the lights and it would take minutes before everyone's eyes would adjust.
the very same people would complain about office expenses -- but toner etc for their presentations did not count
a site that is black has to have some very important info that i have to have to get me to stay.

Frank you will be better off when starting to put a show together, to copy and paste all material -- picts, icons muscic etc to a new appropritely named folder -- this will make your job much easier.

Taking Guido's thought's on links a bit further, let's use an example.

now if you click watertreatment -- the link takes you to the manufacturers that Romatec represents, clicking on one of the links takes you to that companies site.
so if a useful links section was developed it could have several sections -- graphics, sound, hardware etc
there have many names of products thrown up in various threads that could be added.
the only problem is if somebody starts a thread like the one i started re members sites -- a member should be able to go to my original and enter a site url -- as it is now i am the only one that can edit the first entry sheet, thus the thread gets very large and out of hand.

then s/d the program

i have several ver's installed as well, this morning i unpacked beta 4 and made a quick show with the default black background
it ran with the black background
and i did not uninstall anything
so the mystery is still there

there was a thread one time offering info about an utility to extract the insides of an exe, quite a few requested the info to get the utility including myself -- the thread died and there was no more info
