  1. Downloaded and scanned with Mcfee OK. Excellent photography, good choice of music with a very good sound mix. Thanks. Roger
  2. Hi Maureen, Excellent pictures with good choice of music. Great to watch. Regards, Roger.
  3. Mick, Canterbury is brilliant and deserved to be awarded. By far your best AV to date. Well researched and good, interesting script. Very good balance between voice and background music. Photography was excellent in difficult conditions. You have got the mix of still and moving photographs correct. Regards, Roger.
  4. Hi Maureen, All I can say is that, after seven years, it is still a great AV with all your hallmarks on it! Great pictures to a well chosen piece of music, which is new to me. Thanks for sharing. Regards, Roger.
  5. Thanks Mick and Ray for your comments. Yes JT the song is based on Pachelbel's Canon. Regards, Roger.
  6. I have revised the audio visual using features of PTE version 8. Please use the link above to view. Roger.
  7. My latest AV using my pictures taken during technical rehearsal and final performance at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford, Kent. Music via a free download from Gari's website. Comments appreciated. 18 pictures - 1920 x 1200 pixels - 4.33 duration. Regards, Roger.
  8. Well done Ray you have cracked it. The sound is now is very good. Now a really great AV. As you have demonstrated when the overall sound is too low, Normalizing will increase the volume. Regards, Roger.
  9. Hi Ray - Happy New Year to you. Great photography, choice of music, dissolves and script. What it needs is the music to be much louder and the volume of your VO increased even more. May be interesting to use Normalize in the audio software to see what happens. Anyway very much enjoyed the sequence. Regards, Roger.
  10. Hi Ray, Great pictures, good choice of music, nice dissolves with a well written poem. Many thanks for sharing. Regards, Roger.
  11. Hi Mick, Thanks for your comments. I have changed all the animations to "smooth" on your recommendation. I agree it is an improvement. I always find "smooth" unpredictable. I have had to change the hall interior animation to two seperate parts/pictures - one for the zoom back and the other for the pan for them to work. Photography was difficult with reflections and restricted lighting conditions. Hooray for Photoshop - see attached examples. Regards, Roger.
  12. Hi Spock, Thanks for your comments - your English is very good. The original has smooth pans. I did upload the sequence with HD quality. I am wondering if you changed the quality setting in You Tube to view this. Thanks again. Regards, Roger.
  13. Apologises Dave for creating the wrong impression. Not offended at all. Pleased you have taken the trouble to comment. Unfortunately in the past I have had lots of posting about using YouTube. It is my preference. I'm only interested in comments on the sequence itself. Regards, Roger
  14. No and will not do so. It's here for comment. I don't want comments on use of YouTube - its has been well discussed in the past! Roger.
  15. I have just uploaded onto YouTube my latest AV. Appreciate comments. Roger. 1920 by 1200, 7 minutes, 44 images
  16. Super pictures with good choice of music. All that is missing is ambient noises of the crowd and aircrafts. Regards, Roger
  17. Great pictures with great music. Many thanks for sharing. Nice to know that you do see rain sometimes on your trips!!!!!!! Regards, Roger
  18. Very clever. Shows what can be done by someone with imagination. Thanks for sharing. Regards, Roger
  19. Excellent photography throughout with good choice of music. I liked the change of pace of the music and associated dissolves were perfect. You must be well pleased with your trip abroad! Regards, Roger
  20. Hi Ray, As a frequent visitor to Scotland in the past, the sequence brought back fond memories of the beautiful landscape to be seen there. The photography was outstanding accompanied by an excellent choice of music skilfully mixed down. I liked the large format size to show the quality of the images and good slow dissolves. In theory this AV is too long but you have proved theory is not always correct. If I have got to find something wrong then the verticals were a distraction and there is one picture towards the end that has a white line on the right edge. Great AV – thanks for sharing. Regards, Roger.
  21. Brilliant. Wonderful to have a creative mind! Shows to good effect what can be achieved by PTE these days. Many hours went into this - can't believe it was done in a weekend. Thanks for sharing. Regards, Roger
  22. Hi Maureen, What a great AV. Mark’s photography is excellent and, being mainly above the clouds, is unusual for the Platt family. I thought it was expertly produced with wonderfully atmospheric music. I liked the addition of people to give it scale. Very minor points - would like to have seen a caption showing the name of the town and “hide the mouse cursor” during show. Keep up the good work! Regards, Roger
  23. Hi Colin, Very much enjoyed you showing me around Perth. Good photography and visual effects. Warmed me up on a cold March day in England! It is very much a personal record of your visit to Australia so the illegal addition of someone else’s copyright video material is not needed. Looking forward to your next presentation. Regards, Roger.
  24. Hi Eric, Restricting access to files containing copyright material on any server does not make them legal. Regards, Roger.
  25. Hi Eric, Thanks for your advice. The sequence has now been removed. Regards, Roger
