  1. Hello! Sorry to say, PicturesToExe wasn't tested for Macs and there is no any opportunity to do it now. But I know that our users experimented with Macs and had a success with it.
  2. Dear deep6, The problem may appear if you have old version of mp3 codec. So, 'Internal WAV/MP3 player' helps to solve this problem very often.

Please, could you write me to orders@wnsoft.com, or to support@wnsoft.com with the title, for example, "Key problem". Write me your full name and your email that you used in registration.   8. Dear Larry, Sorry to say, we recieve your orders not immediately, that's why we can't send the key just after your ordering. I have sent you the key some time ago. You will recieve it very soon with the letter from orders@wnsoft.com.
  9. Hello, Mindy B, Try to rename your key to pte.txt. Then open your PicturesToExe program and press Help | Registration... | Load key Then select your key file at the "Open" window. This is all registration proces. If it doesn't help, write me to orders@wnsoft.com or to support@wnsoft.com and I'll send you another key.

  13. Dear Jack, You can install PicturesToExe program to your second computer, only if you use it by yourself (not anybody else).
  14. Dear Rishi, I have just found you in base. You ordered PicturesToExe at December 14, 2002. At that day I have sent you the key. Then, at December 17 you wrote me that you haven't yet recieved the key and I sent it to you once again. After reading your message here, I sent the key too. There were no returned emails with the keys. Please, give me your other email (or your friend's one) and I'll send the key there as soon as possible.

  16. Hello, I want to explain you everything about the extention of the key file. There were different extentions of this file(.reg or .key, for example). Some email programmes didn't allow our customers to open their keys. That's why now we send the key as .txt file. But, of course, you can use your old files.
  17. Hello, Ccmanz, The point is that I sent the letters without any attached files, but they returned too, with the message that this email address has fatal errors. As Bothell said, he sent me his son's email and I'll try to send the key there.
