Photofanatic Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 I have created a small video which is a .mov format and in an attempt to reduce its overall size I have converted it to AVI. When I add this to a slide show I hear the sound but just get a green(?) background and no pictures. I have found a previous post saying I may need to configure the video/audio codecs in windows but I don't get that option in hardware and sound options on Windows 7 Ultimate - can anyone suggest how I can get picture to display properly??
