However, PTE only offers to convert if the added video doesnot meet its requirements for best playback. Therefore, not all video files will need to be converted.What is your video format and its resolution ?from Igor :When you add a heavy video file (H.264 codec at 1280x720p and larger), PicturesToExe will suggest optimize this video file.
