jkb Posted September 15, 2022 Report Share Posted September 15, 2022 For anyone who uses Microsoft Outllok to access their email & also has AVG Anti-Virus software installed. The latest update to AVG is stopping Outlook from accessing the servers. My AVG updated automatically yesterday & I could no longer get my emails. I did a system restore & it worked again. However AVG automatically updated again today & I could no longer get emails. Apparently AVG are 'working' on solving it, but it seems this has been going on for a few weeks now.
