SoCu Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 Hi, the app freezes when you least expect it; the slide disappears, and nothing is displayed. I've also noticed that the *.lock file remains at 0 KB. Igor Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 Hi, The most likely that some file in a project, most likely a video, is causing the freeze. Try to reproduce this problem in a simple test project. If you can reproduce the issue from a scratch with a simple project (from opening of a project, to a sequence of short actions until the freeze), please send me the entire project (with linked files) in a ZIP file and instructions on how to recreate it. The remaining .lock file is an indicator that the project is still open in PTE AV Studio. This is simply a result of the freeze. Quote
