However, trying to help a friend with PTE 4.48 when I try to install v5.8 I get on his PC "Exception E Access Violation in module PTE preview.exe at 00062332. Access Violation at address 00462332 in modeule "C;\Documents and Settings\All users\application data\PTE\Pte preview.exe" Read of address 00000020Can anybody please help us at to what this means and how we go about correcting what is wrong please.
