Folder display is missing files in PTE AV Studio Pro evaluation copy

When populating a new show with photos, the folder display is missing many files. Not sure if this is because of the trial copy and number of files is limited? When using Adobe Bridge, which shows all files, dropping files is not permitted. Please advise.

Check the type of file for one of the "missing" files - is it RAW perhaps?

RAW images are not supported.
We recommend using JPEG or PNG images. Other supported formats: HEIC, PSD, BMP, TIFF, GIF, WEBP, and AVIF.
