Igor At around 6 am on 26 April I encountered a problem with PtE 9 Basic and appeared to lose the sequence I was working on and trying to save and also, within seconds, the 3 previously saved versions of this sequence. One of the error messages was "EAccessViolation in module Pictures to Exe.exe at 00000000". I reconstructed the sequence and saved it, published it and all seemed well until I tried to play it again on 4 May, and since, when all I get is the eggtimer and that Pictures to Exe is not responding. I am new to this software and indeed, Windows 10 and therefore struggling somewhat. Pte 9013.exe played OK, the rest of the test shows were not deemed safe by AVG. I am using a Dell Inspiron 17-7778 with NVidia Ge Force 940MX - 2GB GDDR5 SDRAM Please advise. Thank you
