Thanks Mike & Al, Found it, afraid I dont use Adobe Bridge a lot maybe should start. I have purchased a new Canon Camera recently and have found that the software contains a Batch Process that does a rename and resize and will also change the aspect ratio if needed all in one go The program is "Canon Digital Professional" for anyone interested. Thanks theDom that can come in very handy but still cant be used in conjunction with your file name in the Photo Album Template as there are no spaces or parentheses as pic01, pic02. Problem solved with Irfanview but sure look at useing XP rename when needed. Thanks and also for a great Photo Album. Ray

Thanks Lin,Mike and wideaangle, I tried Irfanview and it worked well and easy. I have Photoshop CS2 mike and no way would that work. Thanks anyway to all, its great how we can all get the bits of help when needed. Ray

TheDom, Just great, fantastic and very smooth Just what i was loking for. I wonder could you please advise were it is possible to get a Batch Rename prrogram that will Rename to "pic01.jpg" as per your Template, Photoshop will not and i just cant seem to find one that will. Hi Sharon, Welcome to the Forum,The answer is yes you can upgrade to V4.8 And you can Download V5 Beta You can run both on your computer V5 is not quite finished yet But not far away You can take V4 shows into V5 but not The opposite way. V5 will install in to a seperate Folder. You will find a lot of help and infomation on the Forum regarding V5, as for Mac users I dont think so yet. All the best Ray

Hi Marlene, Yes it is only V5 you can use Templates with, If you Download the latest Version of JPD's "Sreensaver" Template you will find there are Two versions in one. there is a 65 page Album and a 30 page, The 30 page is for 28 Photos I would try this first. You will see Two PTE files one is Named Album 30 Photos.pte The 65 page one Is just Screensaver.pte All the best Ray

Hi Ralph, Tried your 28 page screensaver Idea worked really well, have tried to reduce further but keep getting last two Jpg' showing although they have been removed. Thanks for the 28 one, Ray

No problems here Screensaver worked really well, also followed Hawks advice and cut show to 28 pages This also worked very well, Thanks to Hawk. Ray

Hi Bart, Your father is right as I am in my 70,s and did not get into computers untill I retired in my 60's and the only to use email, I have since got into Photoshop, PTE and takeing photographs I have juts bought myself a Digital SLR camera with takeing photos I still have a lot to learn as for PTE I found very easy to use although some clever stuff to learn but still hopeful I will get there. I have two grand daughtere going to Uni doing Photgraphic courses and they even come to me for help, So come you oldies get into PTE and show these young ones We not dead yet All the best to You and your Father. Hi Larry, Very well said, we can understand people wanting thigs right away but that is not the best way to go as we find many pieces of software around like that nowadays. As for V5 beta along with V4.8 there are many work arounds and V5 as it stands is far supperia to any other slideshow software on the Market, People only need a little imagination to do whatever they want with it.
