  1. Hi George, Some of the images appear to have a lot of noise in them, you should try to remove as much noise as possible before the conference. Rick
  2. Hi Davy, Nice job, the pans and zooms worked great for me and i think enhanced the whole show. Thanks
  3. Hi Maureen, What can i say, another brilliant AV from the "lakeland lass". For the newbies to AV this show is what it's all about and what you should strive to achieve. Thank you.
  4. Hi Davy, Really enjoyed your AV, great concept, smooth transitions.
  5. Hi Igor and Ken, Many thanks for your help happy to say PTE now working fine, Igor if you can refund my payment less the back up CD that i ordered it would be much appreciated. Thank you for prompt reply, now this is what i expect from Wnsoft as of old. Thanks once again. rick235@charter.net
  6. I recently changed my OS from XP to Windows 7 and ended up loosing PTE and all the details supporting the program, i contacted PTE to see if they had my purchase on record. Back came the reply saying they had no record of my purchase but asking for the details that i had told them i had lost. So i decided to purchase the program again, going on line i purchased the deluxe version for the second time. When the program was downloaded it said that this was a trial version and that PTE would contact me later with the license key. Now when i normally purchase software online using a credit card i expect the license key to be downloaded with the product and not to wait for several days for the key. What this in fact tells me is that PTE does not trust their online supplier regNow of Digital River. I sent an email to Digital River requesting the license key who in turn forwarded it to Wnsoft, this morning Wnsoft sent me the license key consisting of over 200 letters, numbers and symbols. Following Wnsoft instructions i downloaded the program and when it asked for the key i pasted it in, clicked the button and it accepted the key but no matter how many times i entered the key it would come up that this was a trial version and requested the key again and again and i am still running the trial version. i teach digital photography throughout Southern California and always recommend Wnsoft and PTE but after this mess up by Wnsoft i will never again recommend it. Wnsoft if you read this i think you should get your house in order this means issuing the license key with the software and not several days latter, please use license keys of a reasonable length and not 200 letters in lenght and finally find a supplier in the USA that you can trust. In the meantime i am still running the trial version. rick235@charter.net .

  9. Hi George, Boy what i massive improvement, well done. We will talk in San Diego. Regards Rick
  10. Hi George, The initial idea is OK but the screen blackout between slides is very distracting, i noticed in earlier comments that someone stated that "your images where grainy". Now if you where using slides for your images the above statement would be correct but i think you are using digital images and if so grainy would become noise. Noise is i think easier to remove from the image providing you have a good noise removal program. Regards Rick
  11. Just brilliant, blending of old and new images, great sound track and music. Is it to long, not for me. Rick
