Hello everybody, many of my projects have the problem that, in the timeline, the waveform is not displayed and the message Error appears. The solution of deleting the contents of the folder 'WnSoft-WaveCache' does not work. Audio files are not locked by other programs. I would like to avoid renaming and importing the over 400 audio files again... In a future version a function could be inserted that "forces" pte to redraw the waveform

After uploading a file I get an error message...-200. What does this refer to? Thanks everyone.

Hi I have PTE 9 , I have previously used it to create an AV with no problems at all, tonight I am working on doing another this is only the second time I have used PTE 9 I added a blank slide and started to add the text but when I went to change the text it came up with several boxes with the error message Frame Engine Exception Error, this did not happen when I used it previously , Any idea how to solve this problem, I can not change text from Arial See attached file showing error message Thanks Sybalan
