rjpring Posted November 8, 2014 Report Share Posted November 8, 2014 I have used Pictires to Exe 6. for some years. I would like to update to the latest version, and have applied for a new licence. This arrived but wwhen trying to use it get a message saying "This licebce number is broken or incorrect". I have tried contacting Winsoft help twice over the last 3 weeks and got a incident number but have never had a follow up.Is there a way around this?
