I no longer know which version I had, but I bought it before 2011! I reinstalled a new version but when I enter the access key (luckily noted on a notebook) it does not work! And the email of the time I don't have it either ... thanks a lot for your help Bonjour, Philippe ================================== Mon ordinateur ayant planté il y a quelques mois, j'ai tout perdu et je n'ai plus PTE qui me manque beaucoup ! Je ne sais plus quelle version j'avais, mais je l'avais acheté avant 2011 ! J'ai réinstallé une nouvelle version mais quand je rentre la clé d'accès (heureusement noté sur un carnet) ça ne fonctionne pas ! Et le mail de l'époque je ne l'ai plus non plus....
