Meanwhile, try to describe a little bit of what you are trying - number and size of photo files, same with sound files, and how and when you get the "freeze." Meanwhile, for your own trouble-shooting, try very simple show of few slides and no sound - see what makes a difference or doesn't. Let us know, many will try to help. kdwolfe Posted December 28, 2004 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2004 they are only 500 wide 96 dpi...I think the problem is music. i just started a new one..added 5 slides and it previewed ok... if i add music to those 5 slides, it freezes again........the music file is an mp3.... Guest Techman1 Posted December 28, 2004 Report Share Posted December 28, 2004 Do you have another mp3 file that you can try with. Some MP3 files can cause problems with PTE. Yours may be corrupt from downloading or something else. Try it with another and see if it works okay from there. I've created several shows with several hundred images and music and they work great.Give it another try and I'm sure you'll be pleased.
