This is the second time I have used the contact system to report my issue and no response on either occasion. While I have License Keys for both 10 Pro and 11(Beta) neither of these are recognised when I Try to upgrade. Probably our emails arrived to a junk/spam folder in your email box? Your current license key should activate the new PTE AV Studio 11 Pro.
