aplman Posted August 17, 2023 Report Share Posted August 17, 2023 My Windows computer has PTEAV 10.5 installed, and also PTEAV 11.0.8. When I open the latter, there are none of the usual buttons at the right end of the top of the window frame. This is inconvenient and upsets my usual working routine. Maybe it is something I have accidentally changed in Windows, but all my regular programs are behaving normally. What might I try next? Igor Posted August 17, 2023 Report Share Posted August 17, 2023 Ken, Attach a fullscreen screenshot - PTE and all the desktop space. Did you adjust font size in Windows? Do you observe this issue in both PTE version 10.5 and 11.0? If the problem occurs with V11 only, try to uninstall it and reinstall again from WnSoft website.
