The first is the widely known Polish portrait artist Piotr Topolski. Beautiful young girls and women in national clothes evoke genuine delight. And gray-bearded elders, wise from life experience, evoke respect and sensory perception. The second artist is a modern Turkish woman, Rukiye Garip. She paints her paintings in watercolors. She miraculously manages to convey the transparency of melt water, the surf and the tenderness of the water surface.
