We have kept Video Builder in version 11.0 only for compatibility reasons for users who still prefer to burn DVD video discs. On our website we do not advertise the ability to burn DVDs starting from version 10.0. Unfortunately, DVD creation does not always work reliably, and we have no plans to develop this module.
